supposed to travel business class to johannesburg. flight delayed 2 days in a row and no alternative arrangements made. terrible customer service. a bunch of lazy clueless staff. shameful.
1 star each just for having planes and tires, everything else is just a typical third world, very poorly trained, unprofessional, miserable facial expressions, no courtesy, or respond to telephones, no emergency services or numbers; no match in customer service to any western Airlines like BA. Very very ticked off with them!!!!
worst airlines ever, very poor and unprofessional service, especially the privilege club, it's not worth it, they never answer, never fix any account problem, never follow-up..
would never fly with them again
On my way Beirut to New York on April 18, 2019 flight QR 421
Ticket number: 157 2335614281
I was stuck in the airport at Beirut International Airport because my ticket was paid with my cousin credit card.
I was depressed because they didn't allow me to get on the plan before charging another time my own credit card as they said that the first payer should have received an email but despite all the emails sent from my cousin to verify the charge no action was done
My ticket refund is not solved yet despite that my cousin presented in person at New York JFK airport with his credit card and ID for credit card verification
too complicated procedures and bad customer service
Thank you in advance for reconsidering your system
Although Qatar Airways is my favorite airline and recently i obtained my Silver status, they most definitely have THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I ever had to dear with...
Whoever is running Qatar Airways should consider checking up on the extremely limited knowledge, limited know how and limited intelligence of the people working at Customer Service because they are giving my favorite airline a very and extremely bad reputation...
I had a very bad experience with them, THE WORST EVER... VERY VERY VERY BAD and if a high ranking responsible officer would consider calling me i would be more than happy to explain my case...
