supposed to travel business class to johannesburg. flight delayed 2 days in a row and no alternative arrangements made. terrible customer service. a bunch of lazy clueless staff. shameful.
worst airlines ever, very poor and unprofessional service, especially the privilege club, it's not worth it, they never answer, never fix any account problem, never follow-up..

1 star each just for having planes and tires, everything else is just a typical third world, very poorly trained, unprofessional, miserable facial expressions, no courtesy, or respond to telephones, no emergency services or numbers; no match in customer service to any western Airlines like BA. Very very ticked off with them!!!!
Its a religious celebration and nobody in Beirut office answers the phone. Goes to voice message?? Leave a message anybody calls back. What a pathetic third world third rate service. Even in a previous response "phone number is updated" WHAT IS IT THEN??????!!!!! Typical Lebanese service bare minimum, lazy, disinterested and a miserable facial expression.
